Fooliard's Spring/Summer fashion

I am super excited to bring my newest clothing collection to my store Fooliard_Apparel for the Spring/Summer season. After speaking with a new friend regarding my newest business/entrepeneur venture, it was expressed to me that I should open my store to items other than just t shirts. And she was right! I have a genuine love for fashion. Not just t shirts but clothes in general. And an even bigger love for women's clothing! Simply because I like to look sexy and I feel like women of all shapes and sizes should look and feel sexy too! With that being said... here are two of the collections displayed that I have in stock.

I had a great time picking stock for the store and setting up my showroom. Remodeling was awesome and I even had help from my mommy!! Down to color swatches, racks, designing and rug displays that were all done with the help from her! (pic below) Hopefully, it can all grow from here! *crossing fingers*

I will still be designing t shirts, product in that department is currently only getting better, because I have recently discovered that I don't only have to design white t shirts! I am still working on how to design black tees but in the meantime we can keep the colorful t shirts for self expression. After all, the summery season does call for a totally different look! We've only got women clothing in-house but that's just for now fellas! As always, it's good to start out small and then work your way up. So right now, Fooliard is testing the waters in bringing our unique brand to the women first, and then we will gradually place creative items for you guys! I want to thank everyone for their immence amount of support and patience. I want to most importantly thank God for giving me the knowledge, strength and resources to continue!

AIDS Walk 2012

I must say I had an AMAZING time at the NYC 2012 AIDS walk this passed Sunday May 20th. Although my family and I couldn't walk past mile three it was later discovered that we may as well have stayed in the walk given we had to walk back to the car which was located on 68th street! We were on 110th street! OUCH! LOL... but over all it was still a good walk and I am extremely proud of my team (The Heart Of Milton Myles).

We couldn't get our t shirts together, but I did manage to hand out some free books based on my personal knowledge of the AIDS disease and the misconception on how it is distributed from person to person. I tried giving a few free books to some of our youth who were present at the walk and they refused. *gasp* smdh at the young community. One even rolled her eyes at me. I wanted to say honey, I spoke at a school for young people based on this damn book! LEARN SOMETHING! These po chilren out here are the ones in need of it most. Statistics show these little fast asses, (excuse my french) always jumping the gun and sleeping around with each other WITHOUT condoms! Pick up the book and read the damn thing! BE SAFE!

Sorry... it just breaks my heart to see these young adults with no respect for themselves or the people around them; act like a damn fool! It's like be safer and smarter, live longer!

Needless to say, I will be attending the walk (God willing) in honor of my stepfather next year. However, a team will not be in place. I will walk individually with a few others who are willing to join me. I want to send a special THANK YOU to all who have joined and donated!
